Gorillas are highly intelligent, social, and gentle animals. Although I presume Gavin didn't mean the comparison in a positive manner, it is accurate in that regard.

I'm not being spiteful, I'm drawing a comparison that is just as accurate as Gavin's. Hank doesn't resemble a gorilla in appearance much at all.

Mongooses are small and yet take on much larger threats without hesitation. That is accurate to Gavin.
